Executive Profile - Dr. Joseph Blake Jr served 13 years in the United States Air Force, decorated with two Achievement Medals and a Commendation Medal for meritorious service. Dr. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership. His career as an Investment Advisor Representative spans over two and a half decades (26 years). Dr. Blake created an Actionable Financial Literacy Decision Model (AFDM), a design that helps organizations and their members fulfill their financial potential. An article he published received "The Distinguished Paper Award” at the Mustang Journals International Academic Conference held in Las Vegas, NV, in February 2014. In September 2019, Dr. Blake published his first book entitled ‘Joseph, Building Financial Literacy’ and became an Amazon #1 Bestselling author.
